If a US business is restricting an EU business unfairly, that does limit the ability of EU tech to make money yes.
And they’re especially targeting Apple AFAICT.

FTA:
"Apple's fine, however, is about a quarter of the 8.25 billion euro fines the EU regulator meted out to Alphabet's (GOOGL.O), opens new tab Google in three cases in the previous decade."
Meh, we just write laws and expect companies to abide by them, no matter how big they are.
All good fines are a percentage of revenue or earnings, that way they hurt everyone equally and can't be written off as "cost of doing business".
Right? And have the rest of the world pay for it.
A fine on one company for screwing over another company is not "making money from big tech", really low effort comment here.
