Whatever the reason might be (priviledged Dutch, reaping the benefits of heinous collonialist practices or influx of people with different cultural values), this is something that must be addressed if the problem is to be solved. Integration proved to be much much harder than idealists in Europe imagined, and we are losing societal order in the process.
The worst thing is, this can lead to further draconian and authoritarian policies by governments without actually addressing the problem.
If anybody has ran into any feasible solutions, I would be interested to read about them.
Sweden had 20 years to get it right and they did nothing.
You can't mandate that i.e. a Moroccan family cannot live within a mile of another, that would be crazy.
This is a news article about my stalking case against the neighbor I mentioned above. I took 5 years to get the case to court, only after complaining to the national ombudsman.
https://www.limburger.nl/cnt/dmf20180522_00062344
It took 13 years to get anything at all to court. My stalking case would have been the largest ever to be submitted in the Netherlands with more than 600 videos of evidence. The prosecutor would not present this evidence to court and told the judges I was going to be convicted and that it was a neighbor convict involving seriously anti social neighbors.
The public prosecutor's office tied my stalking case to the other neighbor that in 2005 was convicted of a drug offence. For more than 10 years of stalking he only asked for 20 hours provisional community service. Then it turned out that the prosecutor was formally the head of the RIEC, the organisation that co-ordinates investigations into organised crime, he was pretending to convict his own asset so he could make the case fail. Which it did. Then he retired.
What happens if you involve a civilian in illegal activity that civilian can now black mail you. They have you by the balls. If they tried to prosecute him all he would have to do is talk and they all loose their jobs.
Anyway, the first thing I would out was that the prosecutor had lied before, in 2013 (Sorry all paywalled):
https://www.telegraaf.nl/nieuws/1039807/liegende-officieren-... https://www.nrc.nl/nieuws/2013/10/11/om-niet-ontvankelijk-in...
I thought that was bad enough but when I contacted the NRC Handelsblad they said it was not important because the prosecutor had retired. Huh ????? It turned out that 7 prosecutors had deserted that prosecutors office that year:
https://www.1limburg.nl/nieuws/1357826/leegloop-bij-justitie...
I didn't think too much till I noticed another article about another prosecutor that left that year as well. But this time the date was mentioned. He left the office due to an argument with the head prosecutor. I worked out that this argument must have transpired within the 2-3 weeks after the verdict on my case came out:
https://www.nrc.nl/nieuws/2018/07/19/bestrijder-zware-crimin...
But it gets worse. in 2015 we had a meeting with the responsible prosecutor in charge of my stalking case. We asked in 2014 but were told we had to try mediation first. Mediation with their own informant that said absolutely nothing during the mediation. Then again, one year later, we had this meeting with her. And another meeting a little later as she left the role of prosecutor and became a judge.
But it gets worse. In 2020, I was googling this prosecutors name, as you do and I saw people saying, that's incredible and now's she's becoming the president of the court of Maastricht. I was shocked, because the prosecutor they were talking about is the one we had two meetings about my stalking case about. They were talking about the documentary series called "De Villamoord". And at the end of every episode of this series they said this prosecutor's name and that she refused to answer any of the questions from the documentary makers. This was a documentary about 9 innocent people sent to jail on fabricated evidence.
Time to dig deeper. I found out that the reason her name was mentioned was because she was the head of the organised crime unit in Arnheim at the time these people were framed. Until 2010 when she became the head of the organised crime unit in Maastricht, the province that I live in. The same year that the police stopped responding to my calls anymore. The chief of police told me that the prosecutor had said that they were not allowed to respond to any calls anymore and were were not allowed to investigate anything. Later they police refused to allow me to file any police reports.
Later this same prosecutor tried to frame me. We were told that there were police reports against everyone. They are treating the weed grower from earlier as part of the same as the hapless suckers that moved to live between the two one year earlier. I was interrogated for 4 1/2 hours, the last hour focused on trying to get me to confess assaulting the guy, something I didn't do. That's bizarre, I'm 5' 5 1/2 inches and weak, he's over 6' and strong. My harrassing neighbor went to the interrogation and was back home within 1 1/2 hours. The other neighbor that was caught growing week in 2005 was interrogated for 5 1/2 hours.
I filed criminal charges against the prosecutor and it was dismissed, in the letter that came back they said there was no conflict of interest because the RIEC were investigating my neighbor from 2005-2011 and he became the head of the RIEC in 2013. Well... before he became the head of the RIEC he was the recherche officier van justitie, a role that is effectively as good as the head of the RIEC and he had that role from the start of the RIEC, which was in 2008, which overlaps with the dates that the prosecutors office said that the RIEC were investigating my neighbor (Stricly speaking, the RIEC started in 2008 but the WOW for investigating and interfering with organised crime started around 2005).
More clues fall into place. The prosecutor that failed the case said to two people that in lived in (The same town as where the suspect in my stalking case has a second home), a tiny town of just 550 inhabitants, the chance of this being random is less than 1 in 3,500,000! This make's it highly likely that there was a prior relationship between the suspect and the prosecutor and that this relationship would be bounded by the date that the suspect bought that second house. House records show that this was less than 1 1/2 years from the drug bust in 2005 suggesting that the prosecutor could well have had a more than 10 year long relationship with the suspect in the stalking case that he was prosecuting.
More clues drop into place. The prosecutor (M) from the villamoord was also the head of team interventions in Maastricht. This is the team that carries out active operations to interfere with organised crime. Job applications for similar roles show that one of the tasks of the person heading this team is to align with the recherche officier van justitie about interventions they would carry out. That's the other prosecutor's (W) role in the RIEC.
It gets more and more interesting. The original date that was scheduled for my stalking case was in 2017, if that had gone ahead prosecutor (M) would have still been a judge. But the case was delayed, I was told that the suspect was not in a fit condition to go to trial, he had been forcibly admitted to a psych ward. The case then was shifted to 2018, in the meantime the prosecutor who's name was mentioned in the documentary series "De Villamoord" has been moved to a new role on the board of director's of the court of Maastricht. Just in time for my stalking criminal case.
So now we have the former recherche officier van justitie prosecuting my stalking case and the former head of team interventions whose role it was to align with the recherche officier van justitie about the interventions they were going to carry out together. One being the prosecutor and the other on the board of directors of the court of Maastricht. I would imagine that in that role you are in a position to influence the judges. No wonder they looked at me like I was scum and refused to let me read out my own viction report.
The clues just keep on coming. In a criminal case, the prosecutor is aided by a role called the parket secretaris. The web says that this person actually prepares about 90% of the case. If the prosecutor was deliberately trying to fail the case, surely the parket secretaris would have noticed. It took me years to find out but recently I found out that the parket secretaris for my case had the role as "Intervention legal advisor" (Interventie jurist) at the time of my case. That figures. She was damage control for interventions that have screwed up. Another clue dropped into place.
The clues just keep coming, in 2013 when I was at my wits end, seriously suffering form PTSD form the daily harrassment we tried to talk to a particular member of team safety (Team veiligheid). This woman simply refused to talk to us. Guess what? She had the role of the contact point for the council with the RIEC and now works for the RIEC.
And there's much, much more. Everything fitys together like a jigsaw puzzel perfectly.
So I appealed the case against the prosecutor (This is called an article 12 procedure). This went to Den Bosch, where it was dismissed again. But guess what, the attorney general there was one of the 7 prosecutors that fled the Maastricht office back in 2018. Highly possible he was also involved. In fact, I would raise question marks agains all of the prosecutors that moved in a burst of activity in 2018 from the Maastricht OM's (public prosecutor's office) in 2018.
What a bunch of scum bags, I spent 10's of thousands of euros trying and failing to protect myself from someone that had been deliberately put to work by the Dutch government.
What happens if you involve a civilian in illegal activity that civilian can now black mail you. They have you by the balls. If they tried to prosecute him all he would have to do is talk and they all loose their jobs.

What was noticable was that this prosecutor was also found guilty of lying back in 2013 together with the other guy. And noticably this prosecutor was a high ranking criminal intelligence officer. WTF. I figured that this cannot be a co-incidence. Both together lying in 2013 and both leaving the office at the same time. So I dug deeper. Then I discovered that the prosecutor that was supposed to my prosecuting my guy for stalking was formally the head of the RIEC. Which stands for Regional Expertise and Information Center. Which is a new Dutch intelligence agency formed in 2008 to co-ordinate with the council, the police, the tax department and a bunch of other parnters to investigate and interfere with (Interventions) organised crime. Any investigation involving weed, such as with the other neighbor in 2005 would have to involved this agency. Any involvement of a civilian had to be signed off by the guy that was failing to prosecute my harrasser. There was a serious conflict of interest that this prosecutor was the one chosen to be prosecuting my harrasser and to involve the other neighbor who in 2005 was growing weed and lumping it all together saying it was all one case was prejudicial framing of my case, making it look like I'm involved in organised crime.
But it gets worse. in 2015 we had a meeting with the responsible prosecutor in charge of my stalking case. We asked in 2014 but were told we had to try mediation first.
