Sounds like a good reason to check out zellij then.

Maybe, but nowhere was implied that zellij is better option.

I switched and then went back to tmux after a week. It just worked. I will probably try again o six months, as it was def*nitely faster, it just takes me some time to get used to new paradigms

zjstatus plugin solves a bunch of my zellij problems, so giving it a go again after seeing that is new since last attempt.

I tried it in Windows Terminal (under WSL2) and it exited out immediately.. while tmux works fine.. I'll wait for a fix to try again
