"I hope this email finds you well." floods my inbox. Yuck.

I agree with most of that post. However, for me when I give AI tons of context (and follow up input), it helps me write emails better than pre-AI (given the same time and effort). Not putting an email I consider "important" through the AI sausage grinder is (in my case) malpractice.
