It just tends to be very snarky and condescending. Many of their articles are editorials disguised as journalism. Obviously, it's hard to find any objective news sources nowadays, but FT feels especially ranty. Also, their paywall is especially frustrating since it doesn't even let you read the lede.

EDIT: To reiterate, Anjana's article was good. So this is all just personal opinion. I should probably give FT another look.
