Counterpoint: These kinds of users do matter but happen to have an idea that you and I don't agree with. Reducing them to that one idea and making up a whole persona for them that encompasses what you hate just perpetuates a corrosive cycle.
Every app has those. Those types of users are very different from the feature requests. Those users are the "call your manager!" of the digital world.
