About 75% of states only require one party to consent to a recording, so you can consent to the recording any conversation that you take part in.

One party consent states exist (in fact, most US states are this way). So no, it’s not illegal.

Virginia(where she lives) is a one party state, so it's certainly legal.

But she is under an NDA and other agreements from Cloudflare. Being a one party state doesn't mean you can upload private company meetings to TikTok.

She was no longer an employee. It would be difficult to enforce this hypothetical NDA. The conversation didn't expose trade secrets either.

Maybe where you live. A lot of places only require single party consent.

CA, DE, FL, IL, MD, MA, MT, NV, NH, PA and WA all require all parties must consent. All states i lived in and do business in.
Thus speaking from experience yet happy to learn new things!
