I’ll use the sodium pack to cook them and then dump the water. I’m not sure how much sodium that removes but I want to guess most of it?

Right. I never understood this. Do people drink all the broth? I would always just eat the noodles and dump the broth. Figured I’m only getting a fraction of the seasoning that way.
