Yes. But unstable is Debian's repo. Unstable repo contains software packages which is tested against Debian. It doesn't mean instability of the software. But unstable against Debian. There is a huge misconception and misunderstanding regarding what these Stable/Testing/Unstable repos means. Unfortunate indeed.
