So, COVID outbreak CAN BE further perpetuated from the COVID jab/inoculant/shot (it sure ain't called a vaccine, especially when its efficacy is 39% and still dropping).

How does one test for that premise?

This would require a live or weakened virus vaccine, it wouldn't be possible with mRNA-based ones.

The premise is mRNA perpetuating its own virality via other host cells.
