Only semi-related, but Intake Breathing strips have been life-changing for me, even if expensive I find it worth it and just hope their success would lead to competition and price decrease.
Intake is a specific brand, its a reusable magnetic plastic band and little adhesive strips you put on either side of you nose with the little piece of metal that the magnetic strip attaches to. Seems to be less harsh on the skin than the breathe-rite strips and also much stronger of an effect of pulling the nostrils open. Intake goes on the outside.
