If you assume constant acceleration (unlikely, but whatever) and do the math, it works out to
(100 km/h)/s = 27.7777778 m/s^2 = 2.83g

No. 1G is 9.8 ish (m/s)/s and 3x that is more than 100 kph/s

So 100kph/s is less than 3g, assuming constant acceleration. Because 3g is around 106kph/s.
