Apple Silicon proves the importance of integration and market power. Seems a bit absurd to complain about a chip that mandates a PMIC when the alternative is a chip that mandates an operating system.
I'd agree, but QC isn't in the business of selling laptops directly to the consumer. If OEMs decide the platform isn't worth it for them, There's not much Qualcomm can do.
