I think you just don't want to live in Phoenix, Arizona. This area looks lovely compared to the stroads and shopping malls.

But this is the stroad from Culdesac to the nearest grocery store. Or am I missing something?

If you insist on leaving the area that has be set aside for you to enter into the car dominated city I guess.
