IMHO the most fraudulent thing PayPal does is trick people into thinking they have a bank account by making it look, feel, and behave like a bank account. When in reality your PayPal balance is more akin to Nintendo Coins or Fortnite V-Bucks. Difference being that Epic is less likely to close your account and take your balance away from you without recourse, something that PayPal does to thousands of people each year.
