I run CourtListener. Usually the problem is the opposite: It’s too hard to get things OUT of Google.

When it stays up, are you going to change your beliefs about how Google indexes?

Just google "google courtlistener case" for dozens of examples of past cases that are still there.

It's the fifth result when you search "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA v. GOOGLE".

First result on DuckDuckGo :-)

There are other relevant results for US vs Google as well. They all seem relevant ;-)
