I don’t think anyone proposed banning nudes only for women, or only prohibiting men from making deepnudes. Or even proposing rules only for Spain. This issue affects a really broad population.
You could of course ascribe bad motives to your ideological foes, but I find it weird you don't allow "this law is bad for humanity" as a possible motive.
