I don't see those issues listed in the GitHub project issue tracker https://github.com/greenpau/caddy-security/issues. Have they been deleted?

I've had some back and forth with the project author before. Pretty decent guy. I don't think he'd do anything maliciously. Perhaps they didn't actually file github issues but let him know another way?

I guess you were right, they have just now filed the issues on GitHub. It is now live on the issue tracker.
