Either ruby/rails for tried and tested, or crystal/amber if you don't need much from the wider rails ecosystem for some typing goodness.
I would not recommend Crystal since it's essentially a syntactically Ruby rip-off, riding the performance/concurrency wave, and false-flagging Erlang.
