You can buy 6 boxes of sudafed per month (24 doses each). Isn’t that more than the recommended (and probably safe) daily limit? I dont doubt your intentions but I don’t think you actually need 6 boxes per month + a stash.

In my state, it's controlled - you have to get it from a pharmacist (though you can do so without a prescription) - they take your driver's license and don't allow you to purchase it too often.
Sure, I could buy 6 boxes at a time. I just don't. There's not really any good reason to min-max my pseuodephedrine acquisition.

I usually buy boxes of 48x 30mg, but even then I'd have to stash 10 boxes for it to be illegal.
Im not saying it’s unreasonable, just that the monthly limit is probably higher than he realized and he doesnt need to stockpile them.
