At Carnegie Mellon, the following are required:

  * elementary discrete math
  * intermediate discrete math / intro CS theory
  * calculus I
  * calculus II
  * linear algebra
  * probability
  * an "algorithms and complexity" elective:
    combinatorics, graph theory, automata, etc.

I might be missing one or two.
