Maybe there's a good reason to have articles on this but the title just makes it sound like pure PR.

200 million isn't remarkably big for a trillion dollar company.

It's also a speculative investment in a tech company. This does not sound viable, but if it is I'm sure Microsoft has first dibs at the table.
