Great effort. I think it would be nice to have a link to the map of each street not just Wikipedia.
I checked the ones in Iraq, and I couldn't identify any of them, but from the names I would guess they are in the Kurdish region in the north.

Yes, adding city names would be interesting. But it would also add tons of extra info to the file. Some countries have hundreds or even thousands of counts for a single name only.
