That is a consequence of young and healthy people designing our world and the things in it, while others have to adapt. It is not about privilege, it's about smart design and understanding that the problem can very easily apply to us all. One fall down the stairs, one stroke, one bad day at the gym - you have injury for months or for life. It's a real danger.
