High level roles are about setting vision (a high level goal), ensuring that the org is progressing towards that vision, getting other same-sized groups to support your vision and resolving blockers to your vision.
What I’m asking, is concretely, day to day, what do these people do to move towards that?
What are the tasks they perform to get there?
