I'm not a lawyer, but to me it is obvious google engages in flagrant anti-trust practices with its search. If you don't believe me, google "migrating off of google cloud" and see what comes up (nearly 100% results about how to migrate TO google cloud). I'm sure they're doing stuff like this everywhere, who would stop them?

In my honest opinion, not defending Google (nor do i have any relation to them), they are just pulling the ol' Google+ tactic. Instead of the search engine doing search engine things it goes on to aggressively advertise Google products upon detecting some keywords. Im purely speculating and recalling here though, it wouldnt be a surprising move from Google if they did that.
