Where does the "1,626" number come from?

In their data set they have 2,551 books in four categories:

Banned in Libraries and Classrooms, Banned in Libraries, Banned In Classrooms, Banned Pending Investigation,

If I filter out the "Banned Pending Legislation" entries, I get 1,164 books.
