Yep everyone knows it's impossible for Sudanese people to learn English, much less write it well.

Why the CIA? Why would the CIA care at all about having someone pretend to be a teenager from Sudan on Reddit? What does that achieve, for the CIA?

They want to "send money" (ie launder it to keep it) or replace the government or whatever. For that they need the public support for intervention.
