Who do you target this for? Why would I use this instead of Redis, or any of the many open source and SAAS/IAAS key-value stores? I would want more control over important data, not pushing it unencrypted to an opaque service over HTTPS.
Yep, valid point. I made it to use in cloud functions, so I can store data somewhere. I didn't want to install Redis, or MongoDB for example, as my functions' dependencies.
