I would imagine there was at least a 1 year contract. I don't know of any outbound sales that would target 1 month subscriptions. It's definitely a racket either way.

Hmmm... I'd day restoring a bad review would be even more suspicious. Let them come naturally and don't delete them - unless the company reconsiders the benefits of premier, that is.
