I cannot find mention of Microsoft on that page. There's almost 4000 comments, maybe the it's further down in the discussion?
Man, if that BeOS case is true that would be really bad. Too bad MS simply got away with all their shit without ever getting into real trouble over it (like when they got sued over antitrust stuff with the inclusion of IE, lost the case, and then just kept going; getting only the mildest of slaps on the wrist).
