This "abortion pill" is actually taken within day after intercourse. It simply prevents implantation of the ovum in the womb lining. So in fact there is not yet even a zygote, let alone a fetus, let alone a third trimester unborn baby

What’s being discussed in the article is a drug that helps cause actual abortions.
It’s not taken a day after intercourse, and does not work by preventing implementation of ovum in the uterine lining.
