Create a startup that offers a platform for individuals to engage in intellectual pursuits without fear of failure by providing them with a safety net in the form of a universal basic income funded by a land value tax. The platform would be open to anyone, with no censorship or IP restrictions, and would allow for the free creation and exchange of knowledge. The startup should focus on cities that have implemented LVT+UBI, such as San Francisco, Seattle, and Boston, to become the intellectual capital of the world.

That's funny! Those cities may be the absolute last in the country to implement a land value tax (though not UBI).
Except for cases where failure led to great financial ruin and loss of health etc.
If there were actual social supports that could let me keep my house if my business fails, I would absolutely try all three. I've worked with enough institutions to see the need, to see the funding sources, and to understand how to sell it. But I'm afraid that maybe it's regional and not nation wide.
I would but it might not succeed.
Edit: premature submit!
By the way I have the opposite problem. IL build shamelessly but suck at coming up with starting ideas because as an engineer - everything is "just X" for me!
