Usually "Russian disinformation" would refer to politics related news, for example. Are you confident this website (which looks like a hobby project) qualifies as being related to the Russian government?

I can only expect that, because if you just assume "its Russian so it must be bad", I would not expect you to be on HN (rather maybe in some other, more racist, forum).
