I upload my csv file, and it seems still uses a fixed meta which is not from my data...quit confusing.

people don't want to pre-config the meta before uploading a csv file

Since the fields are props, in practice you could make it dynamic.

That said, I prefer the approach of SQL Server imports where you import the CSV, and THEN, map the fields.
