> I ordered the take down of an unidentified object that violated Canadian airspace. @NORADCommand shot down the object over the Yukon. Canadian and U.S. aircraft were scrambled, and a U.S. F-22 successfully fired at the object.

Without the selective quoting that seems far more understandable: the joint military responded, the better aircraft did the job, and “I ordered” most likely means that in the absence of a clear, significant immediate threat they let the leader of the country the thing was over make the call.
Anyways my original post was about the usa being perceived as weak, not about Trudeau, so that really blows a hole in your theory about "my narrative."
Your partial quote is highly misleading. The first two words in "Canadian and U.S. Aircraft were scrambled" changes the meaning quite dramatically. NORAD is bilateral.
> Knowing Trudeau's giant ego adds a ton of context
Oh, I didn't realize you were just here for the personal attacks.
