HBO doesn’t have the same model as a typical streaming platform, they are closer to the model of their subscription service where they cycle content rather than having a static lineup. The idea is to be more curated with newer or higher quality content.

Netflix and Hulu remove content because they lose the rights, HBO removes it so that it is fresh, but not an overwhelming amount of content.
