I guess I imagined that "store in a store" I involved some kind of API that allows third parties to integrate with the Google store and list its own apps along Google-vetted apps. If all it requires is that the Valve store app be listed in the Google play store, I guess that's not so hard.

As far as the time since the initial ruling, why would you spend immense resources implementing something that you were fighting in court?
