Why would you think they're disaffected? The quotes are manufactured and attributed to random soldiers - loyal or not. At the moment the only good Russian is a dead Russian so this is a great way to weaken their morale.

If it's a plant then the criticism may be fake as well, such as to target key proponents within the ranks.
