Manual, RSS has "categories" or exact match be of any active tag on the title of a submission of a RSS feed ( with some tweaking for spaced tags)

I was thinking about a tag prediction engine. But this seems to be good enough for now.

I can also add tags for specific RSS feeds.

Eg. A c# feed would get dotnet.

Tags are't curated. Tags can be shown or hidden.
