ISO 7010 is an ISO standard for graphical hazard and safety signs. It is literally everywhere, well not everywhere because there are some exceptions but still used in a majority of the world and therefore has an enormous relevance. And it is closed by your definition; you have no way to freely obtain it. Now please explain an apparent discrepancy between your claim and the reality, and also do not ignore my prior request to elaborate how publicly available standards may have helped this particular situation with Google.

Also the world run on those documents with little to no relevance, no matter how much people dislike how you need to pay to view them. It is a sad state of affairs.
