Any day now, everyone will be playing Half-Life 3 on their Linux desktop during their commute in self-driving cars. /s

I thought they were running VxWorks under the hood? Or is that SpaceX?

Both Tesla and SpaceX vehicles run on Linux.

Somwthing like Wind River linux? Or their own flavour of linux?

There are robo-taxis from Cruise and Waymo running today.

They aren't perfect and there are plenty of manual fail safes but they are there.
