So whenever France does something that goes against the grain, it's usually bad.

Remember when they actually banned cryptography in the late 90s?

This treaty they are leaving sounds awful, it’s whole purpose is to let oil companies sue countries for doing things that hamper their profits

Or when they refused to prevent the proliferation of weapons of mass destructions in Irak?
