Not that I want to talk down the importance of not using the block cipher default mode, using it in this setting is a bug Microsoft should urgently fix, but those attacks are mostly relevant in interactive settings, not against data at rest.

Here, the probably mostly in fact is that you can see penguins through the encryption.
