Are we really to believe criminal is going to unpackage and give out to unsuspecting children, just to get them hooked on the marijuanas? Instead of selling them?
This scenario feels a bit closer to Walmart selling guns without properly vetting the buyer, which does seem like something the seller could/should get in trouble for.
This is also an imperfect comparison because Amazon is just facilitating the sale, not directly selling the product. But my primary point is that there are more layers to consider here.
