"Destroyed" seems likely to be premature. The damaged section is relatively small, so I'd be surprised if it's not repaired eventually.

Presumably Ukraine would have to lose the war for that to happen now.

Whoever wins will want it repaired eventually.

On further review, this is actually stupid, but OTOH the bridge is still slightly alive, so my original point was not completely wrong.
