Are these deaths of just migrants illegally enter the country or do they represent all migrants regardless of whether they use a port of entry or not?

These are all illegal entry migrants according to the source data

Do you happen to have a link? I see in the Washington examiners article them mention illegal immigration a few times but it always seems to be referencing another stat.
