Pointing out that conflating two things is incorrect isn’t the same thing as defending either of those bad things.

Your points are dishonest and sloppy, and this subject is too serious to just accept it.

If the Iranian regime meant that Israel should be replaced by or reformed into a tolerant multiethnic state that respects the rights of Jews and Arabs alike, they would say that. They wouldn't say "death to Israel". They wouldn't deny the Holocaust. They wouldn't provide material support to groups like Hezbollah and Hamas that indiscriminately murder Jewish people in Israel.

This subject is serious, but you are the one being dishonest about it.
