Discussion of fraud is not beyond the Overton window. Continued discussion of dangerous ideas which have already been proven false should be, simply because of those two reasons. False balance is bad; false balance when one of the ideas on the scale is dangerous to human beings is worth removing.

Discussion of election fraud implies the dishonesty of government officials, which is strictly forbidden by the Anti-Bullying Act of 2031.

That is not what is happening here. There was discussion of fraud, it was investigated, and proven to be baseless.

Clinging to that insistence of fraud is what resulted in an attempted coup. Continued insistence at this point can only be attributed to ignorance or malice. There is no longer any good-faith reason to doubt the 2020 election results.
