My comment is to counteract the knee-jerk HN opinion that "All unions are a panacea!" without ignoring the very real, very well-documented counterpoints.
The worker gets more benefit of the doubt than the owner, full stop.
Show me the malfeasance of the particular union organizing activity, or else I believe the workers by default.
